CRIME NO.208 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed as against the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily Morning at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.7222/2021 on 19.04.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VELLIDOSS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition to relax the bail condition, imposed on the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 19.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.7222 of 2021.

This Court, by order dated 19.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.7222 of 2021, granted bail to the petitioners on several conditions, one of which is that, the petitioners should appear before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the aforesaid condition from 27.04.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the above bail condition imposed on them and also the prevailing COVID-19 situation, the aforesaid condition is relaxed and this criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
