By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the land in Survey No.190/2 measuring an extent of 1591 sq.ft. in Grama Natham situated at Odukku Theru, Keelsaragil, Thiruvidaimarudhur, Thanjavur District, by considering the petitioner's application dated 30.06.2017. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application before the second respondent to issue patta for his properties in Survey No.190/2 situated at Odukku Theru, Keelsaragil, Thiruvidaimarudhur, 2/4

Thanjavur District. However, the same has not been considered by the second respondent.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 30.06.2017, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and pass orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
