O R D E R

The petitioner has earlier approached this Court by filing a writ petition in W.P.No.32733 of 2013, seeking to quash the selection of the second respondent therein as Draughtsman, Grade III in the Town and Country Planning Department. I have considered the issue in detail and dismissed the said writ petition on 22.09.2014.

2. The petitioner has now come up with this writ petition to consider the representation, dated 16.06.2015 on the same issue, when the said issue was already concluded.

3. In view of the above, there is no merit in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
