Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioner concerned in Crl.O.P.No.17981 of 2017 dated 15.09.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. B. RAMESH BABU, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17981 of 2017 dated 15.09.2017 regularly.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17981 of 2017 dated 15.09.2017 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
