This review application has been filed to review the order dated 18.11.2013 stating that this Court did not take into consideration the

nv punishment of removal from service slapped on the respondent herein, while passing the said order.

However, a perusal of the order passed by this Court dated 18.11.2013 would reveal that conversion of punishment of removal from service into postponement of increment for a period of 2 years with cumulative effect and ordering of reinstatement was considered by this Court in paragraph No. 2 of the order. Therefore, it cannot be said that the said fact was not taken into consideration. The Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal set aside the order of removal from service and reinstated the original writ petitioner/respondent herein with postponement of increment for a period of two years with cumulative effect. While considering the order passed by the Tribunal, this Court passed the order dated 18.11.2013. Hence, the ground on which the review of the order dated 18.11.2013 cannot be sustained and the review petition is dismissed. No costs.
