CRIME NO.84/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition "The petitioner, on release from the prison, shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed in Crl.OP.No.5824 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5824 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 120-B and 302 of IPC in Crime No.84 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions only from 03.05.2021 to 09.05.2021.

4.It is seen from the submission that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions only from 03.05.2021 to 09.05.2021, i.e., for six days. However, considering the prevailing COVID-19 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

situation, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the extent that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent-police once a week every Monday instead of appearing before the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar, Madurai until further orders. This petition is ordered.
