This petition is filed for a direction to extend the time to the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Krishnagiri and shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Judicial Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.1110 of 2020 dated 13.05.2020 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri in Crime No.453 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender before 2/4

the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Krishnagiri and shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Judicial Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.1110 of 2020 dated 13.05.2020 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri, as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
