Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

Adverting to support affidavit, Mr. K. Myilsamy, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners submits that the writ petitioners are spouses and their cause of action being common, they may be permitted to file a single writ petition. 4.
