By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to grant EB Service connections to the petitioner's property measuring 75 cents in SF No.277/2A Thandakavunda Puthur, Kaalipalayam, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering his LT OnLine Application No.2000317109252302 dated 26.09.2025 and his representations dated 03.10.2025 and 10.12.2025.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representations to the respondents seeking to to grant EB Service connections to the petitioner's property measuring 75 cents in SF No.277/2A Thandakavunda Puthur, Kaalipalayam, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District and the last of such representation 2/4

was made on 10.12.2025, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
