Crl.M.P.No.6185 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20775 of 2019 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition is filed to relax the conditions that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer once in 15 days and comply with the conditions strictly for a period of three months imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20775 of 2019 dated 06.08.2019.

2.In response to the order of this Court dated 29.04.2022, the learned Government Advocate (crl side) reports that the petitioner herein has been complying the condition, which is reporting before the Investigating Officer once in 15 days for a period of three months, commencing from 01.10.2019 to 16.03.2020. The matter relates to a chit fund scam calling for action under the TNPID Act. 3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required. Accordingly, this petition to relax the condition is allowed with a direction to the petitioner herein to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required on summons.
