..Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus restraining the respondent from taking physical possession of the petitioner's properties morefully described in the schedule mentioned hereunder in pursuant to the order dated 09.07.2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3771 of 2020 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nammakkal for a period of twelve weeks enabling the petitioner to approach Debt Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore for obtaining appropriate relief.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is informed that the Debts Recovery Tribunal is functioning from 18.07.2020 onwards.

2. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. such petition is filed, the same will have to be taken up and disposed of on merits. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
