ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 25.02.2015 passed in W.P.No.25287 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.The matter has been adjourned on numerous occasions. It was also informed earlier that the counsel has given change of vakalat. We have directed the Registry to verify the same. It appears that no change of vakalat has been filed. A memo has been filed by the counsel as early as 05.02.2019. That is the reason why the matter stands posted today by giving one more opportunity to the petitioner either to appear in person or through counsel. Unfortunately, even today, there is no representation for the petitioner, despite the name of the petitioner having been printed in the cause list. Therefore, we presume that the order of this Court has been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
