[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] It is represented that on completion of the rectification work, the 2nd Respondent/Commissioner, Thanjavur Municipal Corporation, Thanjavur was duly informed about the same on 28.09.2018 and that immediately the building was sealed and locked on 01.10.2018 by the 2nd Respondent.

2.It is represented on behalf of the Petitioner that the Status Report dated 28.09.2018 do contain the rectification works carried out subsequent to the work already carried out as mentioned in the Status Report dated 02.08.2018. Hence, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for inspection of the building by the 2nd Respondent and that the 2nd Respondent shall issue Completion Certificate in accordance with Law.

Sgl 3.Hence, this Court directs the 2nd Respondent/Commissioner, Thanjavur Municipal Corporation, Thanjavur to inspect the building in question within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and if the Corporation is subjectively satisfied as to the completion of rectification works carried out by the Petitioner, then, it can issue a Due Completion Certificate in respect of the building in question at an early date. As such, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
