C.M.P.No.8667 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.49498 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This petition is filed to condone the delay of 250 days in filing the above C.M.A.SR.No.49498 of 2023.

2. Though notice was served on the 3rd respondent, none appears before this Court.

3. Mrs.K.Vasantha Mala, learned counsel appears for the respondents 1 & 2 and she fairly submits that she has no serious objection to the delay of 250 days being condoned.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2, the delay of 250 days is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission and print the name of Mrs.K.Vasantha Mala, as the counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 at the time of admission.
