O.P.No.389 of 2022 O.P.No.389 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The Original Petition filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, seeking Succession Certificate relating to the securities belonging to M.Ranganathan, who died intestate on 30.10.2013. The details of the securities left behind have been given in the schedule to the petition.

2. The petitioner is the son of M.Ranganathan.

3. It is stated that his mother/wife of M.Ranganathan had predeceased his father.

4. After following due procedure, the petitioner was directed to tender evidence.

5. The petitioner examined himself as P.W.1. The Death Certificate of his father M.Ranganathan was marked as Ex.P1 and the Legal Heirship Certificate was marked as Ex.P2 and the details regarding the Share Certificates was marked as Ex.P3.
