kj Petition is filed against the order of dismissal dated 13.07.2018 made in I.A.No.66 of 2018 in O.S.No.82 of 2002 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Alandur, rejecting the request of the petitioner to issue subpoena. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.82 of 2002 was decreed in favour of the petitioner by the judgment and decree dated 30.01.2019 and nothing survives in C.R.P. 2.Recording the above submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
