ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of order of this court dated 05.03.2018 made in W.P.No.23350 of 2017.

2. We have perused the additional affidavit filed by the respondents 1 and 2 indicating the measures taken. We are satisfied with the additional affidavit filed in compliance with the order of this court.

3. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy, if any violation is found in future. No costs.
