Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for concerned records relating to the order No.Na.Ka.43780/2013/A4 dated 16.11.2016 passed by the first respondent and consequential order of the second respondent dated 03.05.2017 made in Na.Ka.No.8150/2011/A3 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds in any suitable post to which he is eligible and found suitable.
