(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 02.06.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13663 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. As against the action taken by the official respondent, statutory appeal has been filed under Section 80A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, in which an interim order has also been obtained. 3.In such view of the matter, the remedy of the petitioner lies elsewhere. Inasmuch as the action was taken only at the instance of the petitioner, we permit the petitioner to get himself impleaded as party respondent in the pending appeal filed by M.S.Deivanayagi and another before the Government. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
