The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.18610 of 2024 dated 29.07.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the above said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondents herein. In proof of which, a copy of the proceedings letter Na.Ka.No.1128921/2024/R2 dated 25.04.2025 passed by the 1st respondent/The Commissioner Office, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Chennai - 34 has been produced before this Court after duly serving it on the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court had also gone through the same.
