O R D E R
The petitioner who claims to be the land owner of Plot No.153 measuring an extent of 2400 sq.ft comprising in S.Nos.561/1 & 650/2B situated at No.50 Mannur village, has moved this Court by way of Writ Petition.
2. The petitioner herein is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent/the Special Tahsildar (LA) Unit-I, for not considering his representation dated 02.02.2019, seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
compensation for the land acquired by the 2nd respondent/ the Special Tahsildar (LA) Unit-I, for the purpose of formation of new SIPCOT Industrial park, Mannur - Valarpuram, Nemeli Scheme.
3. Mr.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that, similar circumstances the neighbouring land owner, who is none other than sister of the present writ petitioner has moved this Court and order passed to consider the representation with the time fixed.
4. If the petitioner has given any representation regarding compensation, there is no reason for the 2nd respondent/the Special Tahsildar (LA) Unit - I, to withhold the representation, without passing any order for months. The inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent/ the Special Tahsildar (LA) Unit-I, has forced the petitioner to approach this Court. Therefore, the petitioner representation dated 02.02.2019 to be considered by the 2nd respondent/ the Special Tahsildar (LA) Unit - I , at the earliest and appropriate orders should be passed, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. If any such incident is brought to the notice of this Court in future, the inaction on the part of the respondents will be viewed seriously.
