This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent herein to register the complaint dated 17.08.2015 and file a final report before the concerned Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, the complaint dated 17.08.2015 given by the petitioner in CSR.No.413 of 2015 is being enquired by the Additional Deputy Superintendent of Police, Villupuram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Under such circumstances, the Additional Deputy Superintendent of Police, Villupuram District, is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
