Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned Circular dated 02.05.2009 on the file of the 5th respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 to permit the petitioners to write the examinations of M.Phil. degree for the academic year 2008-09 by declaring the schedule of examinations afresh.
