O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking for issuance of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to furnish the information as per the direction issued by the first respondent vide Order No.55258/A/2012 dated 06.05.2013.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that after filing the present writ petition, the information sought for by the petitioner was furnished to the petitioner and the report was also given to the first respondent. respondent has also initiated action for the delay caused by the second respondent in giving information. The learned counsel for the first respondent in support of his submission has also produced the records before this Court.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed.
