Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the condition imposed by the Principal District Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.2134 of 2015 dated 10.08.2015 as this petitioner has to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- each with two sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur and instead of the condition that the petitioner to execute bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur.

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.2134 of 2015 dated 10.08.2015 that the petitioner has to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- and has to execute a bond for Rs.5,00,000/- with two sureties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is 70 years old person and the petitioner has given a complaint against the clerk, who misused the 36 cheques and collected money and there is no necessity for the petitioner to commit such kind of misappropriation.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur on 10.06.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.2131/2015, with regard to the deposit of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh only) is alone cancelled. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Except the above modification all other conditions remain unaltered.
