This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 14.03.2015 in Complaint Receipt Number:Na.Ka.No.399/SPG/SB/2015 and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, on the complaint dated 14.03.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in Complaint Receipt No. Na.Ka.No.399/SPG/SB/2015 before the respondent Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttarpradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC1.
