O R D E R

The petitioners who were arrested on 04.01.2021 and remanded to judicial custody on 05.01.2021 for the offences under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(C) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.1 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in illegal possession of 32 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they had been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioners are ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) vehemently objects to release the petitioner on bail. In this case, the petitioners were seized 32 kgs of Ganja.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this is not a fit case for grant of bail.
