ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of this Hon'ble Court order dated 24.10.2017 passed in Crl.O.P.No.22336 of 2017 under Contempt of Courts Act.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 24.10.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same came to be closed. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt

petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, if he choses to do so.
