Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent, has filed the above Tr.C.M.P. to withdraw the Original Petition in H.M.O.P. No.70 of 2015, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Rasipuram and transfer the same to the file of Subordinate Court, Udumalpet.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband submitted that the respondent has no objection for transferring H.M.O.P. No.70 of 2015, pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Rasipuram to the file of Subordinate Court, Udumalpet.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Original Petition in H.M.O.P. No.70 of 2015 may be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.178 of 2016, pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Udumalpet.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Original Petition in H.M.O.P. No.70 of 2015, pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Rasipuram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Subordinate Court, Udumalpet to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.178 of 2016.
