This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent herein to register a case on the complaint dated 31.07.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner has alleged that, two persons are occupying his property. It appears that the two persons are his tenants.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that those tenants have vacated and they have re-entered the premises. The complaint dated 31.07.2015 does not even say when they have vacated the premises. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
