ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents for the production of the petitioner's wife Nithiya, aged about 29 years, son Kathirvel, aged about 6 years and daughter Lakshita, aged abut 4 years, before this Court and set them at liberty forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
wife and children were secured by the police on 12.05.2021 and they were produced before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sulur. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded the same.
In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
