This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.03.2015 in CSR.No.464/CSR/H8PSX/2015 dated 21.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that there are allegations of forgery and impersonation. Under such circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai, who shall assign the same to an officer for enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
