The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner himself has stated that the petitioner is still in possession of the property in dispute.

2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents also submitted that the respondents have not disturbed the possession of the petitioner pursuant to the order passed in W.M.P.No.13251 of 2017 in W.P.No.12468 of 2017.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
