This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.08.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
17.08.2015, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.61 of 2015 and the same was closed on 19.08.2015.
4. The respondent police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
