Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dt.09.08.2016 served to the Petitioner on 11.08.2016 on the file of the 2nd Respondent and quash the same consequentially direct the Respondents to permit Avinashi Town Panchayat (Perur Kazhagam ) DMK Political party to hold Demonstration (Aarpaattam) on any date between 22.08.2016 and 27.08.2016 in front of Town Panchayat Office at Avinashi. For Petitioner : No appearance.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the order dated 09.08.2016, rejecting the request of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to hold Demonstration (Aarpaattam) on any date between 22.08.2016 and 27.08.2016 in front of Town Panchayat Office at Avinashi.

2. On account of efflux of time, the relief sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance and thus, no further adjudication is required.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, as infructuous. No Costs.
