In C.M.P.Nos.11888 to 11891 of 2018 the affidavit of service filed. Both the respondents have been served as per the affidavit of service filed by the learned counsel. There is no representation. In C.M.P.Nos.11888 to 11891 of 2018 to bring the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant with condonation of delay and to set aside the abatement.

2. In the interest of Justice the C.M.P.Nos.11888 to 11891 of 2018 are allowed. In view of allowing the CMP's and also being satisfied with the reasons and as there is no representation for the appellant the delay is condoned. Consequently, the C.M.P.No.12271 of 2019 is also allowed. The Second Appeal ordered to be restore to file.

3. The Registry is directed to amend the cause title and post the matter "for final disposal" on 21.08.2019.
