[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter viz. C.S.S.Sasti Kruthiga, aged about 16 years, went missing since 08.04.2021 and that, the Police are not taking effective steps to secure her.

On instructions, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that, on a complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Vadavalli Police Station Crime No.113 of 2021 has been registered on 09.04.2021 for 'girl missing' and the detenue- C.S.S.Sasti Kruthiga was secured by the respondent police on 13.05.2021 and the custody of the detenue was handed over to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded the same.
3. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
