ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 206 days in filing the Appeal against the acquittal judgment passed in Special Sessions Case No. 174 of 2022, dated 23.06.2025 on the file of the learned Principal Special Court for POCSO Act, Coimbatore District. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Upon being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
