For Petitioner : Ms. G.Thilagvathi For Respondent : Mr.S.Muthukumar COMMON ORDER Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the parties had settled the matter out of court and also entered into a memorandum of compromise dated 10.02.2015. Mr.K.Murali, General Manager of the petitioner company is also present today, who also acknowledged the due execution of the memorandum of compromise dated 10.02.2015. The learned counsel further submitted that though the parties had signed the memorandum of compromise dated 10.02.2015, the same has been exchanged between the parties, the same has not been produced before this court and only a copy of the memorandum of compromise has been produced before this court

2. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this

court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions as settled out of court and to that effect she has also made an endorsement in the memorandum of grounds in the Civil Revision Petitions.

3. In view of the same, the above Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as settled out of court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
