The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for issuing patta/assignment for the property situated in Survey No.47/4 measuring an extent of 0.03 cents, Myilamparai, Vadasettiyandal Village in favour of the petitioner in view of the continuous enjoyment and possession of the property.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 27.03.2017, the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders so far.

3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2017 and pass orders, after giving notice to all interested parties, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
