Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the Petitioners shall report before the T-10, Thirumullaivoyal Police Station daily at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.11788 of 2020 by its order dated 12.08.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30. a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11788 of 2020 dated 12.08.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
