2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the amount has already been deposited in the name of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Salem. Relevant papers were also placed and a copy of the same also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, it is left open to the petitioner to withdraw the amount that has already been deposited by the respondent Corporation.
