ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 392, 397 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.170 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 20.04.2021, the petitioner along with his friend robbed a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) from the pocket of the de facto complainant at knife point. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he seeks to grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are ten similar cases pending against him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Taking note of the nature of the offence and the fact that the petitioner has ten similar cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him.
