This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from demolishing the building situated at Door No.224/152, Bharathi Salai (Pycrofts road),Triplicane,Chennai-600 005 as per the undertaken given in W.P.No.7026 of 2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of this Court to with draw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4
