Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to disburse the sanctioned compensation amount of Rs.1,36,173/- ( One Lakhs Thirty Six Thousands and One Hundred Seventy Three Only ) along with interest till the date to the petitioner as per order of this Court dated 25.08.2015. The learned Special Government Pleader made a submission that the amount deposited before the respondent had already been disbursed to the beneficiary and it is pertinent to note that the name of the first wife is also Mrs.Anjali and the present writ petition is filed by the writ petitioner who is the second wife of the deceased employee and whose name is also Mrs.Anjali. At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
