Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that was imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st Monday of every month commencing from December 2020 by this Hon'ble Court in its order dated 11.11.2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7023 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.6688 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.S.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month commencing from 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7023 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.6688 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
