ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 452, 342, 419 and 380 of IPC on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This is the second bail application. The allegation is that the petitioner along with other accused impersonated as Police Official and entered into the house of the defacto complainant and made life threat to the defacto complainant and stolen a sum of Rs.12 lakhs. Hence, the complaint.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.
4. Considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier bail petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
