OP No.37 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by R.Gunasekaran, who died intestate on 22.10.2015. The said R.Gunasekaran died unmarried. The petitioners are the brothers and sister of the deceased R.Gunasekaran.

2. The 1st petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased R.Gunasekaran, as Ex.P3. The death certificates of parents of the deceased R.Gunasekaran namely V.Ramakrishna Reddy and R.Sugunamma, have been filed as Ex.P1 and P2 respectively. The legal heirship certificate V.Ramakrishna Reddy, the father of the deceased R.Gunasekaran has been produced as Ex.P4. A perusal of Ex.P4 shows that the petitioners are the brothers and sister of the deceased R.Gunasekaran. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. 05.04.2019 http://www.judis.nic.in jv
