ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 03.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.12908 of 2024, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as against the order dated 28.10.2023 passed by the second respondent after giving opportunity of hearing, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents vide proceedings in br/K/M/vz;/gzp4(3)-9138355-2024. Dated 17.06.2025. Further, he also produced a copy of said proceedings, along with the 'compliance report filed by the first respondent', dated 24.06.2025. The said documents were taken on record. 3.

In view of the above submissions, no contempt is made out as against the respondents.

closed.
