Review petition filed under Order 47 Rule 1 of C.P.C. read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India to review the order dated 11.08.2015 passed in W.P.No. 22754 of 2015.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) By the instant petition, the petitioners seek a review of the order dated 11.08.2015 passed in W.P.No. 22754 of 2015, wherein, it was recorded that there is no denial of the fact that the representation along with the plan was made before passing of the order.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners herein/ respondents therein submits that they have filed a counter affidavit on 06.8.2015 whereunder, it was clearly stated that the representation was not received. She has urged today that the contentions of the counter affidavit was not pointed out at the time of consideration of the writ petition and passing the order.

3. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to review or modify the order as there is no substantial injustice or any adverse remark on the conduct of the officers. However, it is open to the authorities to issue a fresh lock and seal notice, if found necessary in the facts of the case.

4. This review petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
